Payment questions

How long until I get my cash?
PIX is usually approved within seconds. As soon as Mercado Pago confirms the payment, cash is credited automatically. If you are online in game, the server delivers it moments later.
Does cash go to the character or the account?
To the account. All of your characters share the same cash balance (#CASHPOINTS).
What is the minimum amount?
The minimum and how much cash each real gives are shown on the donate page. The rate is the one configured at the time, with no hidden fees.
I paid and got nothing. What now?
Open the history page in your panel and check the status. If it has been "approved" for more than 10 minutes without credit, ping the staff on Discord with the payment number — we settle it manually.
Can I ask for a refund?
Cash already credited and spent is not refundable. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full: contact the staff within 7 days.
Do you store my payment data?
No. Payment happens inside Mercado Pago. The site only receives the status and the order identifier.
