Privacy policy

1. What we collect

To create your account we ask for: full name, email, game username, password and character sex. During use we log access IP, login date and time, and your characters' progress. When you donate we store the amount, status and payment identifier — never your card or bank details.

2. Why we collect it

Username, password and sex are required by the game server to create your character. Email is used for password recovery and payment notices. Full name is used for verification in account disputes. IPs are logged to investigate fraud and abuse.

3. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data to deliver the service you requested (art. 7, V of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018) and under the legitimate interest of protecting the server against fraud (art. 7, IX). No data is sold or used for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share with

Only Mercado Pago, to process payments, and the hosting provider that runs the server. There is no international data transfer beyond the hosting infrastructure itself.

5. Security

The site enforces HTTPS, uses HttpOnly session cookies with CSRF protection, parameterised SQL queries and rate limiting on registration, login and password recovery. Payment tokens are stored encrypted. Passwords and tokens never appear in logs.

6. Your rights

At any time you may: review your data in the account panel, correct your email and password, and request account deletion. Deleting from the panel disables access immediately; payment records are kept for the legally required 5 years for tax purposes and then erased.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Access logs for 12 months. Payment records for 5 years.
