Terms of use

1. About the service

Arcanis Online is a free private Ragnarok Online server, maintained by an independent team. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised or sponsored by Gravity Co., Ltd., Lee Myoungjin or Wizet. Ragnarok Online and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Do not share your account. Accounts showing signs of being sold, traded or used by third parties may be suspended. A player may hold more than one account, but using multiple accounts to bypass event or economy limits is forbidden.

3. Conduct

Forbidden: automation software (bots, third-party macros), deliberately exploiting bugs, harassment, hate speech or threats, and trading items or zeny for real money outside official channels. Penalties range from a warning to a permanent ban, at the staff's discretion.

4. Donations and cash

Donations are voluntary and go towards server upkeep. The cash you receive is a courtesy benefit, not a product: it has no monetary value outside the game and cannot be transferred between accounts or converted back into money. Cash credited and spent is not refundable. Duplicate or incorrect charges are fully refunded upon contact within 7 days.

5. Availability

We work to keep the server online 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Progress lost to technical failure will be restored from the latest valid backup, where one exists.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the panel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms. Should the project shut down, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Relevant changes are announced on the updates page and on Discord.
