Fixes of the week

VIP storage, card drops on two maps and the freeze when entering the Arena.

Fix package applied without a long restart. Thanks to everyone who reported in the bug channel.

  • Fixed @storage failing for freshly activated VIPs without relogging.
  • Fixed the card drop rate on two field maps that were still using the old table.
  • Fixed the screen freeze when entering Arcanis Arena with a full party.
  • Fixed the remaining VIP time display in the @time command.
  • Fixed several NPC texts that showed broken accents in the client.
